Six

"There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears."
Philippians 1:6 The Message
Those of you that have been following Young Adventures for awhile know that we left our home church of 13 years almost a year ago.  Since then we have been visiting different churches on and off.  It hasn't been easy, in fact it has been hard and frustrating.  Despite all of this I have had a peace about the situation.  I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and I trust him completely.
We are on church number six now and it has been kind of unreal.  Woodland Hills church has been around for quite some time but, I never really gave it any serious consideration.  I always thought it was too big and too far away.  It is pretty big, but not as far as I thought.  This place feels like home and such a breath of fresh air.
We leave feeling encouraged, inspired, and refreshed.
Now, we have only visited a couple of times so there is still a lot to know about the church.
We do know a few families that have attended the church for a number of years, and are very happy and seem quite connected.
So, basically we feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.  Even if we don't end up attending I feel like there is a church out there that will be a good fit for us.
If your looking for a church I just want to encourage you to hang tight, and keep visiting churches even the ones that you don't think will work.
Have a great week!
xoxo
Rachel
